• 1.2 Bespoke & Out-of-Stock Commissions: Artworks marked as "Out of Stock" or "Custom" are hand-painted specifically for you upon order. Due to the dedicated labor and materials involved in creating these unique pieces, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.

• 1.3 Artistic Variation: As each OBRA piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture and stroke may occur, ensuring your acquisition is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

2. Delivery Policy

• 2.1 UAE-Wide Coverage: We are pleased to offer premium delivery services across the entire United Arab Emirates.

• 2.2 Logistics: To maintain the integrity of our art, we partner with specialized third-party couriers. Delivery fees are calculated based on the dimensions of the artwork and your specific location within the UAE.

• 2.3 Requirements: To ensure a secure and prompt arrival, please provide a comprehensive physical address and a valid contact number.

3. Returns & Refunds
